Audits and Inspections
What we offer
Full Compliance Audits
We review your health and safety management system against relevant UK legislation and standards, policies, procedures, risk assessments, training records and site practices. You receive a clear report with a prioritised action plan, so you know exactly what to fix first.
Site Inspections
Our on-site inspections focus on real working conditions, behaviours, and control measures. We identify unsafe practices, gaps in supervision, and environmental risks, then provide practical, written recommendations to correct them.
CDM Audits
We audit your project or organisation against the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015, appointments, documentation, planning and communication throughout the project lifecycle. You get a clear picture of where your CDM compliance stands and what needs attention.
ISO 45001 Gap Analysis
We show you exactly where your management system meets ISO 45001 and where it doesn't, so you know precisely what work remains before certification, with practical recommendations aligned to how your business actually operates.
Behavioural Safety Observations
We observe how your teams actually work, how supervisors engage with them, and whether your safety culture is genuinely supporting good decisions on site, going beyond the paperwork to show what's really happening day to day.

FAQ
What's the difference between an audit and an inspection?
An audit reviews your whole management system, policies, procedures, records, against legislation and standards. An inspection looks at real conditions on site: how work is actually being done, day to day. Most businesses benefit from both, but they answer different questions.
How long does an audit take?
It depends on scope, a single-site review is quicker than a full business system audit. We'll agree the scope and timeframe with you before starting, so there are no surprises.
Will I get a written report?
Yes. Every audit or inspection results in a clear, written report with a prioritised action plan, what matters most, first.
Do you help implement the changes afterwards, or just identify them?
Both. We provide support after the audit to help you put the recommendations into practice, not just hand you a list of problems and leave.
